After connecting to AccountsPrep from the list of integrations, you’ll be brought to a simple one step configuration for the entity’s AccountsPrep file.

There are two mains parts to this:

  1. Select the current financial year date range
    • This is the period which you’re going to write-up the accounts for, generally last year.
  2. Select the template
    • This is the chart of accounts, tax and default account settings for the file you’re creating
    • We provide our own default charts of accounts or you can choose from various Accounts Production packages in the UK & Ireland if you prefer
    • You can also create your own templates to be used throughout your practice

Upon clicking ‘Complete set up’ you’ll be brought into AccountsPrep for this entity.
